The 2024 Everun Annual Meeting has recently concluded successfully.

Looking back, we have always been making progress along the way. 2024 has been an extraordinary year for us. We started strong by updating and upgrading our new ER11H wheel loader, aiming to provide our users with an enhanced working and driving experience. Equipped with an Italian hydrostatic transmission system, the ER11H wheel loader improves operational efficiency significantly.

Following the success of ER11H, we also upgraded the Everun Telescopic Loader Model ER11HT. Like the ER11H, model ER11HT is equipped with a Kubota engine that meets Euro V/ Tier 4 Final EPA environmental requirements while reducing fuel consumption. With safety as a core focus, both models have obtained CE certification to ensure use security.

In April, we participated in the 12^th edition of Latin America's largest construction and mining trade exhibition, the M&T Expo. At this event, our compact wheel loader and telescopic wheel loader once again demonstrated their product capabilities. Everun looks forward to working with you to shape the future of construction and mining technology together!

In May, we attended in the CTT Expo in Russia, an international exhibition for construction equipment and technology. Here, we highlighted the outstanding performance of our product , and we looks forward to collaborating with you in every endeavor!

In June, we updated our 3-ton,7-meter Telehandler Model ER3070. The model features a hydrostatic driving system, three steering modes, dual wheel/four-wheel/crab walking, making it more stable and suitable for wide range of work scenarios.

In August, following the trend of green economic development, we achieved a complete upgrade through our newly launched ER08E electric wheel loader. Equipped with high-power motor and hydrostatic transmission system, the ER08E electric loader achieves efficient operation. Additionally, new designs such as ergonomic seats and joystick, and dual steering cylinders have significantly improved the working and driving experience for our users! Meanwhile, the ER08E meets CE standards and is equipped with features including a VCU controller, emergency braking, differential lock, automatic parking in neutral gear, roll-over protection design, and waterproof switches. Your safety is our utmost concern!

In November, our participation at the 2024 Bauma China exhibition successfully came to a close. At this exhibition, EVERUN stood out with its full range of innovative products and excellent services. We exhibited multiple star products: ER3070 telehandler, ER416T wheel loader, EREL05 electric wheel loader, EREL10 electric wheel loader, ER11HT telescopic wheel loader, ER2500T telescopic wheel loader, and ERDP150 dumper. We engaged in communications with many new and existing customers, actively listening to their feedback, which has strengthened our confidence in future product upgrades and new product development.

In January 2025, as the new year begins, Everun held its annual meeting. Reflecting on the past, we have received positive feedback from customers for our products. Looking ahead, what else can we do for our customers? As time moves forward, in the days to come, we will remain true to our original aspirations and forge ahead with determination!
